I have been an artist for over 50 years working in many different media, starting as a fashion illustrator and commercial artist in New York City. Moving to Canada, I became an off-loom weaver and fiber artist creating many large wall pieces. Painting has always been my main art form. Working with hard and fluid acrylics, I am exploring the emotion of color through abstraction. I primarily use color to create a mood but allowing the viewer free emotion to interpret my paintings. Over many years, I have taught many courses and exhibited widely. |
