Nine new paintings have been accepted for The Butchart Gardens summer art show. A variety of prints are also available for sale at the Gift Store at the Gardens.
The Victoria Chapter of the Federation of Canadian Artists Annual Spring Exhibition is comming up at the Community Arts Council Gallery. April 5th to 14th, 2010, 10:00 to 5:00 p.m daily. Sussex Place 6-1001 Douglas Street, Victoria B.C. There will be an opening reception Monday April 5th at 2p.m. to 4pm. |

This is a quick note to make you aware of “Nite of Hope”, a huge fundraising function for breast cancer research that goes on down here in the South Surrey, White Rock area of British Columbia. My wife and her friends have been supporting it for years. This year I’ve donated a painting for their silent auction. It’s a 16"x20" framed acrylic titled "Silently the Heart Wonders".
